Anyone know if there are any Catholic churches in or near Lindenhurst NY? We might have our reception at Chateau La Mer!

I had my ceremony at St Pats in Bayshore and there is also St Joes in Babylon

St Patrick's in Bayshore is AMAZING and its not too far... like 15 min.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help is in Lindenhurst... you have to pass it to get to CLM

I live right inbetween Chateau La Mer and Our Lady of Perpetual Help it's on...wellwood I think (if not it's great neck road but I'm pretty sure it's wellwood)

I was going to suggest the same two. St. Patricks is my parish so I am getting married there...it is VERY pretty...def. worth checking out.

CLM and OLPH are on the same road. After the church you would just drive south on Wellwood Avenue until you hit the water.

I had my communion in a church in Copiague, don't remember the name, but that's a town over from Lindenhurst.
Maybe try googleing Churches near Lindenhurst (zip 11757)

OLPH is on wellwood ave right down the road from CLM. EVERY saturday and Sunday there are weddings there... holding up traffic. lol

i dont do churches, as i am not catholic... but i have been to st. killians a few times for christenings, weddings... etc and this place is great!!! it doesnt have that dreary gloomy feel that you get from most churches!!!

thats why I never drive up Wellwood I take the back streets
i do the same thing now. lol. i learned. i pick up my kids from their grandmother's house twice a week, and she lives 3 blocks away from CLM... and i take broadway down to Montauk instead of dealing with the horrific traffic on wellwood

Crashing - St. Martin of Tours in Amityville is about 5-10 minutes away. It's very friendly and accommodating.

St Rose of Lima in Massapequa is very close and has a 121ft aisle (if you like the dramatic effect)

Our Lady of Lourdes is about 10 minutes away in Massaapequa Park as well
