church or RH first

Re: church or RH first
If you'd be upset if you didn't get the church, then wait. If you have to go there, you might need to pay a visit to get a response.
Re: church or RH first
We were flexible with churches so we booked our RH first. Luckily our date was open with our first choice church.
Re: church or RH first
church...not all rh's after booking may be able to switch ur date...but some will do a one week hold without money down, so that if someone wants your day they call u and give you first priority to book in 48 hrs or else then you lose it...but as my aunt told me sometimes its ok to be the 'skweeky wheel'...call the church again or show up to the rectory...
Re: church or RH first
We did the church first because we wanted to make sure they had it free and it was important for us to get married there.
Re: church or RH first
i would def say go to the church instead of waiting for that phone call back. It depends on whats more important to u too...if u really want that discunted price, book it soon!!
Re: church or RH first
We booked the RH first and then went to chruch and it was booked and had to move the date so def check with the church first!
Re: church or RH first
Thanks everyone, FH has off Monday so we'll be heading down to the church if we haven't heard from them by then. Then the next day we'll be going to the bridal showcase at Fox Hollow to make sure it's absolutely where we want to have the reception. Crossing my fingers and hoping everything works out
Re: church or RH first
I booked the RH first.... I was someone flexible on my church, but ended up with my first pick. Keep in mind that often times the church will have several time slots for a wedding ceremony, so the chances of it being booked are somewhat slim. Also, you prob have a 30 day refund period with the RH, so you could always make a change if the church doesn't work out.
