we kind of had to because the forms we filled out asked for each of our addresses and our future address (after we were married) they wer all the same... so he figured it out! lol

we are not going to tell the priest we live together. Even though we officially live together, FH never went to have his license changed to the new address so he 'echnically still 'lives' at his parents address and that's what we are going to be putting down when the priest has us for addresses.

Ditto! We did the same thing. Our priest is incredibly laid back and I doubt he would've minded, but I felt weird about telling him. LOL! Stupid, I know!

Not stupid at all, but Chris said 'Great we are entering our marriage lying to a priest and living in sin'... Oh please! LOL

We told the truth. When he asked for our addresses, we said it was the same. I was nervous for his reaction, but he didn't make a comment or anything. I don't like to lie, so I just was upfront about it.

a friend of mine told me to lie, because one of his cousins said they lived together and the priest wouldn't marry them. That made me nervous. Save me a seat too please

we lied too - this was a mess tho bc we really live in Philly, but we said that FH lives in Philly and I live on LI still...I kinda messed up tho bc we were talking about Philly and the deacon said he has family here, so we mentioned a specific part of Philly and i was like 'ooo yea that's right where WE live!' He just let it slide and FH didn't even notice, but ughhhhh I felt like an idiot!!!!! At the end of our mtg, the deacon asked me how did I like having FH home with me for the holidays? ughh I felt so guilty! So, idk what we're gonna do about pre-cana - maybe i'll come clean and tell him that I moved to Philly too...some priests don't care, but I didn't want to chance it, so we lied.

We told him that we do live together and he didn't like that. He also told my FBIL and his wife (then fiance) that they should sleep in separate rooms.

My Mom told me to lie to the priest about kids...I dont want any. I refused to lie. If they didnt like what i had to say, then I didnt want to get married there. So I pretty much told them that we live together, FH had two kids out of wedlock and I dont want any kids. I am the worst case you can get! The priest didnt say a word about FH's kids or that welive together. His main concern was that I dont want any kids. He had to consult the Dioceses...but eventually approved me to be married : )
