Church Programs
Does anyone know of any websites or other sources to find samples of Wedding Programs? I'd like to do this myself on the computer, but need some ideas to get me started.

If you feel like it, write the story of how you two met. We did that for our Nov 2000 wedding programs, and it was such a hit for the guests to read (especially when I was 20 minutes late!).

They will email you the file and then you can modify it from there-- we are using program paper (trifold) and the blue ribbon that I found a great deal on-- glad you like them Laura

I went to a place here in NJ--they usually come on 3 yard rolls --but I found them on 10 yard rolls--usually $8 a roll but got them for $4 Depends on how many you need--we are doing 200 programs so that is 200 yards Let me know if you want the name and number of the place--maybe they will ship to you Laura

Church Programs-Laura ?
Ok, I thought I had the program layout figured out until I opened up the template. Now I'm confused. It says to cut on the dotted lines, but that would mean tying the ribbon the long way around the program instead of the way it's show in the picture on the website. What are you doing? Also, I understand where the Bride's and Groom's names go so that they show up on the front of the folded program, but where should 'The Marrige Ceremony of' part be?

How do you download the template. It doesn't give me the option to do it

Church Programs-Laura ?
I figured out the 'Marriage Ceremony of' question I had. I should have printed it out and folded it before asking the question. Now I have another question? Are you using two pieces of paper or are you going to make it double sided? I was thinking that if I did two pages, printing the top page on vellum it would look nice especially when it's tied up with the bow.

Church Programs-Laura ?
I am doing them on a heavier brochure paper but your idea of the vellum sounds nice.. did you figure out what it meant about cutting along the lines? that is so you can weave the ribbon in between-- I am using the wider ribbon --just my opinion but it stands out more than the 7/8--although the 7/8 would have been a lot cheaper!!! The example on the website showed the cuts for the ribbon going across the paper instead of down like it says on the template, so I think I'm going to do it that way. I also think I'll buy 1 1/2' ribbon.Welcome New Vendors
