Church Programs for Summer Weddings

Please post pictures of your church programs!

Also, does anyone have any advice for how I go about making my own programs? I've seen cool ideas like fans for summer weddings, but I would have no idea where to start. Where do I even get the paper? I went to Staples and they didn't have much of a selection. Maybe I'll try Michaels... My wedding colors are navy, light blue, and ivory.
