I am soo glad you posted this question! I wish I had some suggestions, but I am hoping to read the replies you get. I am pretty sure my church wants us to order the cover-sheet, and they will fill in the rest. But I truthfully don’t think I get the whole thing. Please post pictures of how yours turn out.

Well, even though this is an old post, this was my mock-up. It will be slightly different though. I might put a design flourish at the top of each piece.
