so i havent had health insurance in 4 years and fh is in the police academy so he gets the best health insurance, i was just wondering if me and him had a quick service and got married, if we'd be able to get married at our church in september for our real wedding? last drs visit i went to they had found cysts on my ovaries and i couldnt do anything about it. im real worried about them esp. since we're planning on having kids in a year. what do you guys think?

IS HE NYPD? IF SO, HAVE HIM CALL THE HEALTH AND BENEFITS SECTION AT 212-349-7560...IF YOU ARE LIVING TOGETHER, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR THE SAME BENEFITS HE HAS. NO NEED TO RUSH THE CHURCH IF THAT IS THE CASE...GOOD LUCK

Church marrige and civil marrige are separate. You can get a civil cerimony for the insurance, and then have your church cerimony later. When my parents go married civil cerimonies were separate from church cerimonies. HTH
