Mine comes right out to about $1000. Definitely seems like a lot to me but not sure what else there is to do!

I am paying
$500 for church fee which included the canter
Pre Cana, which I did in a weekend at the Seminary in Huntington, was an additional $300

mine is about the same but it includes the pre cana, music and all......I don't have to pay for anyting else with the ceremony

We are being charge $800 and that is ONLY because my FH is a member of the parish. We are not allowed to have flower petals on the floor or to be thrown down. We are not allowed to throw anything outside the church i believe. I am not even sure if we can have flowers within the church to decorate the aisles. I think i should check into that......

Thanks guys i did think that it was alot. I am a member of the church and they didnt seam to care to take any of the 'donation' off. Im not sure what i want to do, im lutheran so i dont have to do precana so this is just a fee for me to get married..
