Before taking Pre- Caner has anyone taken a multiple choice questionaire that your answers were going to be compared to your fiance to see if your kind of on the same page before the church will marry you? I forgot the name of it reason being because were not both catholic to me it kind of sounded like a compatability test but they have a different name for it, then you have to go over your responses with the priest once the results are in????? I kind of don't know what to expect from this any insight from anyone?

I have not done it yet but I believe this is the FOCUS test.
You'd be better off posting this on BHB or on the 2010 board because most of those girls have done this already.

Thats the FOCCUS test.
Dont worry it isnt something to freak over. It reall doesnt mean much I think Pre Cana is so much more important.
The questions they ask will just be repeated just worded diffrently. and dont worry they wont sa you and FH cant get married they will just give you a look at what issues you need to work some things out.
Thats pretty much all of what the catholic chruch is doing its making sure you 100% are ready to take the next step. These are just to make sure that marriage is hard work and give you some tips to work through the ups and down without bailing with the first fight.

We've done foccus. Its actually pretty interesting. It is kinda like a compatibility test. It basically tests the areas you have discussed as a couple. Some of the questions are kind of awkward. but its not that bad! FM me if you have more questions.

Thank you all so much for the responses I do feel better about it. We want to try and get this done with earlier rather than later... I think during the wedding planning this is the one thing that's making us nervous all other planning has been so great.... Good luck to all with planning the best day of our lives.....
