Church Question
Does anyone know what the difference is between having a full mass and not having a full mass? I know the time is different but what does the longer entail that the shorter doesnt?

In my church you have one less reading and there is no communion given at the ceremony. My priest said that a ceremony is only 30 minutes and a mass is about an hour.
No communion and no gospel
there is def no communion i know.......i dont think its a huge difference. mass is like 30 min mass is 45 min
The one thing that stand true in every church is that if it is a full mass that the guest can recieve communion. While I am very religios Iwill not be doing this b/c fh is jewish. There are many people who aren;t religious that still feel the need to get married in the church so they don;t do the full mass. It's a personal church. Like someone said... full mass automatically includes the communion.... some places do or do not include the gospel!!
The full mass has communion and the ceremony does not...The time difference is about 15 minutes
In my church the only difference is that there is no communion in just a ceremony and a full mass you have communion.
no communion, no gospel, and one less reading
The mass is just like going to church communion all the readings. Ceremony is like half a mass but only about 15 mins shorter.
