Re: Church readings

There is a reading that I love that includes at the end the phrase something like Faith, hope and love and the greatest of these three is love.

I'm not quoting it exactly but I remember hearing it a few times and it's a beautiful reading. I'm going to see if I can find it and then I'll post.

That is I Corinthians 13:13. It's very popular for weddings (but very beautiful, I plan on using it too, but a longer passage).

Our priest gave us a book with readings to choose from. I don't have it with me at the moment.

Re: Church readings

our readings:

corinthians 13
song of songs 2:10-13, 8:6-7
and Matthew 5:13-16

we're also choosing to include a secular reading (a poem that i LOVE) that will be read before the religious ones.

between corinthians and song, we're doing two psalm readings too: 100, and 150

i don't know if you were looking for religious readings or not, but our ceremony is episcopalian. HTH

if you want the actual readings, FM me
