eta: it's not the weekend pre-cana .... it's the weekly meetings at night. It's more $$$ if we choose weekend.

wow yours includes all that? lucky girl..
mine is $500...then i have to pay $350 for the weekend precana and $180 for the organist and singer..so altogether I have to pay $1,030 for everything...

Mine will wind up being the same. It is $425 for the actual ceremony, $100 for precana, plus $ for the organist and my singer that I am bringing in. The priest will also be looking for a donation to the church I am sure.....

i would do weekday precana because its cheaper but none of the dates they had fit in with our schedules so we had no choice but to do the weekend precana, its more money but we get it over and done with in a weekend...we also have a h-e-double hockey sticks of a time scheduling FOCCUS..stupid FH with his college...bah humbug!

you're too cute
anyway..precana is like premarriage counseling given by the church and married couples..you're usually there with other engaged couples..they talk about a bunch of things...finances, future plans for children, lots of stuff that will be relevant to your marriage...also you might have to do FOCCUS, but that depends on your church, you'll find all that information out when you meet with your priest to book the church

Mine is $450 not sure what it includes though. They never mentioned any other charges so maybe includes pre cana too....

Pre-cana is not included, not sure how much that'll be.
Also, tips are not included and it actually says in our little pamphlet that tips are appreciated.

Mine is $750.... church, organist/singer. But we had to pay an extra $50 for precana so total is $800

Mine is $450, $300 for church and $100 for the organist. I don't remember how much pre-cana or the foccus classes are.
