church.... ugh

my church lost my original Baptism Certificate which was HAND DELIVERED to them.

and the church where i got baptized is closed the rest of the week for a retreat.... and i'm getting married in 8 days....

I find that the church is the most difficult vendor in all of my wedding planning! The deacon who is performing my ceremony actually told FH and I NOT to mail our baptismal certificates or any other documentation (the letter from our parents) the church needs. He said to give it to him at the rehearsal because they have a history of losing things!
