I dont know much about them. I know that the Little Cigar Factory was very helpful & nice when I needed cigars for when we asked our groomsmen to be in the wedding. Maybe you could try them.

We are booked with Little Cigar Factory. Their quote was a little higher than La Rosa Cubana and the one other FH looked into (cant remember name off the top of my head), but I just felt so much more comfortable booking with them. Rosa Cubana has some mixed reviews and they have to travel all the way from the Bronx. Little Cigar factory is local and I know people who have used them in the past which made me feel more comfortable. Ask for Joanne, she is wonderful to work with.

I'm using La Rosa Cubana. I saw the bad reviews too, but I actually couldn't find any with all good reviews (I looked at a bunch) so I just gave up and went with the least expensive!
I do have to say that they have been very nice to deal with so far and Frank is very responsive and professional.
