I would like to do something like a Cigar area for after dinner, but not sure how to do this or pass out cigars after the reception.

My hall actually offers it, at an extra cost of course... we have not decided if we are going to go for it yet though. For the few guests that remain after the reception they will usher you into their 'smoking' room (one of their smaller bar areas) and pass out cigars, cognacs/brandies and chocolates.
