Verizon is a little more expensive than everyone else, but I swear I never have problems with them. No dropped calls, no mysterious charges, etc. FI and joined up on that sharing plan too, and we got three lines (gave one phone to his dad) and the total bill was less than what I was paying for myself!

I have Verizon and have never had problems...you get what you pay for I guess

STINKS!!!!!!!!!!! They screwed up my last bill so I had called them to fix it. I sent in payment and they never fixed the amt on thier computers so they SHUT OFF MY PHONE!! no call, mail, NOTHING!!!!! I had to call them all day switching from this person to that to not even get an apology and explaining thta i have no home phone and i NEED my cell switched back on. Additionally, the service STINKS!!! I can NEVER get thru a full call w/o it breaking up or dropping the call. UUUURRRRRRRRRRRRR

I have sprint and they stink too. Verizon is great especially when I take the LIRR home. They are the only carrier I found that works well even in the tunnel. I had At&t and they weren't good on the train.

mt best friend bought a razor phone from Cingulair and within 2 weeks it broke. She had the toughest time getting the rep in the store to get a new one for her-then 2 days later the phone broke again. We waited in the store for help and this rep was so NASTY-he gave her a bunch of bad information-it was a nightmare.

I called there customer service and lost it-her mom is ill and she needs to be live at all times-2 hours later we had a new phone and a copy of the action taken against the rep-
