Cingular Wireless

STINKS!!!!!!!!!!! They screwed up my last bill so I had called them to fix it. I sent in payment and they never fixed the amt on thier computers so they SHUT OFF MY PHONE!! no call, mail, NOTHING!!!!! I had to call them all day switching from this person to that to not even get an apology and explaining thta i have no home phone and i NEED my cell switched back on. Additionally, the service STINKS!!! I can NEVER get thru a full call w/o it breaking up or dropping the call. UUUURRRRRRRRRRRRR

Oh my gosh the SAME thing happened to me, I was so mad!!! I went off on the poor Customer Service rep!!

they shut mine off all the time to with no letter or phone calls they sux i used to have at&t but of course they merged had o problems with at&t

If you're looking for a new carrier, FH, me, FMIL, FBIL, and one of my BM are all on Verizon, and none of us have had any problems. Great service!

I like my Verizon too. Unlimited Txt Messages to other Verizon people rules!

Verizon is a little more expensive than everyone else, but I swear I never have problems with them. No dropped calls, no mysterious charges, etc. FI and joined up on that sharing plan too, and we got three lines (gave one phone to his dad) and the total bill was less than what I was paying for myself!

I have Verizon and have never had problems...you get what you pay for I guess

Wow, this hasn't happened to me. I actually have great service from them.... so far But I did come from T-mobile and you can't get any worse than that.

Yes you could...MCI Worldcom...the WORST..and then TMobile is a close 2nd...had both...and my poor brother I convinced him to get TMobile and then I realized how bad it was...I am a bad sister

They keep charging me $200 bucks every month for two phones. We up dated to higher plan, but we are still paying out the @ss! I wanna get rid of them, but my FH loves their coverage!

When I had T-Mobile, they kept charging me double and their website is useless because even though you can pay your bill online, it never updated and would always tell you that you owed more money. Gotta love it.

I hear you completely.

I had AT&T for 4 years before they merged with Cingular and the first 3 years had no problems with service or customer service. The last year I had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with them, especially customer service and billing. I switched phones and they charged me twice for the same phone and kept threatening to shut my service off if I didn't pay it. It took me an entire day between calls and running to the AT&T store to get it straightened out because each one was blaming the other for the mistake. (Turns out it was the store.)

When I finally got it straight (after every person I spoke to gave me a different excuse) I asked if I was still under contract. Turns out I wasn't, so I switched to Sprint, which was FH's service. We have the fair and flexible plan for couples, so we pay about $100 a month total. We have no problems, but once our contract is up next year, we're going to Verizon.

By the way, Samsung phones suck!!! The best ones are Nokias and Sanyos, however Nokia has yet to come out with a flip phone.

I swear by verizon...i live in brooklyn, used to work in manhatten, and now work on LI and have never had a problem!!!! I even talk when driving through the battery tunnel! Not to mention when you have verizon home they give you a good deal on your wireless! You should switch!

hate them-can't wait for my contract to expire to get verizon.

It was fine until cingular took over AT&T. (I liked AT&T)

I hated both AT&T, and now Cingular, but somehow I got sucked into a contract awhile back and can't get out of it :(

I was a very happy AT&T customer for years...I switched to Cingular for 20 days and hated it. They were horrible and I ended up paying so much money for all the phone calls and bullshi* they put me through. I have AT&T I am under their plan and never will go to Cingular!!!
I heard Verizon is good I am going there when my AT&T contract is up.
