Did you use Father Wilshere? I thought that you mentioned that you did. If so, can you give me some more details about him. How much did he cost? Did he write the ceremony or did you get to pick what you wanted in there? Also, did he do a rehearsal or give you the ceremony written out beforehand? Thanks and Congrats!

Yes, I used Fr. Jim Wilshere! Actually, he used the the standard ceremony in Catholic weddings - we picked the readings. However, he personalized our ceremony with his own words - he commented on our relationship, he made a little joke about me, and so on. I picked our vows (the basic vows) and customized our exchange of rings. He was quite wonderful - really and truly outdid himself - we were so pleased! You can modify the ceremony and do pretty much what you want, I think, we really didn't change to much! He cost us $300 - but we picked him a year ago - so I don't know if that is the same. We didn't rehearse the ceremony at the rehearsal dinner - but I'm sure he'll give you specifics, if you would like. I did type out our ceremony and it pretty much was how it went!
