Who was your maitre d? Do you have any tips for me and all of the other WM brides?

Re: CIRA
I had Chris for my maitre'd - definitely request him, I heard the other maitre'd was not as helpful so I did put my request for Chris early on! He was on top of things all day!
I also had Cindy for my bridal attendant and she was wonderful. I think Grace is good too - so I wouldn't worry there!
They were very helpful at the WM - I was getting annoyed with all the additional charges (for vendors and they had to be separated, etc ... ) but it worked out. I just made my quota!
I definitely recommend the peach melba - everyone raved about that 'ice cream' dessert!
For my BBQ - they only had one guy working - that stunk! I didn't hear any compliants about the waiters and waitresses - so I can't comment there.
I remembered that when they came out with the dishes, they were in the front of the room, by the band, when I specifically ask them not (because of another wedding my friend went to), but I think they have their standard way of doing things and that's that!
We got the ivory linens with the burgandy napkins and that brought out the color of the rug - real pretty! Get the basic cake - I wanted to upgrade - but the basket weave was so pretty with the flowers - you don't need to spend the money!
We were running a little late because of the other wedding - but not to much that I minded. I don't think that it could ever run so smoothly!
I really didn't hear any complaints, just compliments. Once I got my pictures, I'll post some.
Ask me any questions, I'll be happy to answer!

Thanks so much. My FI thinks I am crazy for reading this board, but I get really excited about the wedding when I read your posts, so he thanks you as well because your posts have made me stop second guessing WM.

Your welcome - anything else, please let me know! Also, send me a forum mail - because I can't get on as often as I was before, since we are a bit busier at work - so I know I'll get to your message!
