Citi Field and the NY Mets 2009 season--Christmas gift?

Has anyone bought tix yet for next season?
I am thinking of getting DH tix to a game.

Anyone doing this?

We're likely getting a plan again this year. We were just looking at the plans/prices last week. Fewer games per plan (due to fewer seats in the new stadium) but decent prices for OK seats.

This is DHs dream gift.. except he wants opening day tix and i dont know if i can afford that right now
but we are def. looking into a plan maybe!!!!

DH and I get a plan every year. We got ours last Friday when the went on sale.

Hi ladies - I just wanted to let you know that my DH works for the Mets so if you need any pricing info I can pass that along!

I didn't even think about this for dh until this post but he would love tickets! How much for opening day? Or even a small package of a few games at a semi decent seat?

Are only season plan tickets on sale now or are individual games on sale too?

Only season tickets and some plans I believe. Individual game tickets usually go on sale in February.

Both places are going to be EXTREMELY expensive and very HARD to get.. I'm hoping that I get lucky for DH, I work for the city of NY and I'm hoping that one of our commissioners can hook me up with Yanks tickets for opening day.. that would just shock DH!
