Civil Cermony

Hi all. My FI and I have decided after many long discussions that we will have a civil cermony. We live in Queens and are thinking about doing it in Manhattan.

Does anyone know of any nice restaurants that they have used for any special events that i could use for a reception dinner for 15 - 20 people. We are looking to do it in July/August of this year on a friday night.

Also does anyone know of any photographers that might photograph us for 2 - 3 hours?
