Classic Transportation

Has anyone worked with Classic Transportation? I've made about 4 phone calls and sent an e-mail to them in the past 3 weeks and have yet to get a call back. Are they really bad at communicating or what? Can't be too good for business????

I sent them an email..and I heard back from them pretty quickly..but I called one time to find out about the trolleys and they told me that the woman who deals with that was not in..so I said I would call back..I never did though. Maybe try an email???

Are you talking about the company that also has buses and vans? If it is, then I may have a number for you because we are using their vans to transport people from hotel to church to reception. Let me know.

Would you mind telling me what they charged you for vans? I am looking to provide transportation for my out of town guests and I have called Classic numerous times and they haven't gotten back to me.

They have two different rates; one per hour, and one per round trip. Don't quote me because we booked them a few months ago, but I believe it was $75 not including tax and gratuity for round trip or $50 per hour, again, w/o tax or tip. We have a lot of people coming from out of town (and out of the country) so we thought it best to have transportation for all. Not to mention, it allows people to drink and not worry later on. Let me know if you need any numbers.

She's the person I've been leaving messages with - and haven't received any calls back from. Perhaps she's no longer with the company?? They'd still check her VM then, right. Well at least it's not just me she's ignoring....not good business I'd say???
