Cleaning Concepts-My LIW Prize***UPDATE

Ok so some of you giggled when I won that Cleansing Concepts prize at TWOTY but I am soooooooooooo excited... I go for my first cleanse tomorrow (right before out G2G)!!

I went with FH to the office on Saturday to get our ionic foot bath that we also won and it was soooo cool! You put your feet in the water and she puts this little machine in there that takes all of the positive & negative toxins out of your body. You then look at the water and you see different colors. I saw Teal, Yellow, Brown, Black...Then you match up the colors to the toxins on this chart. So for example I released dark brown toxins-meaning that I had Colon Toxins (which is why Im super thrilled for tomorrow)..and the yellow toxins were toxins in my bladder. The black toxins were aluminum and other metals...you get the point!

Regardless... if you are ever looking to detox call cleansing concepts!! Vanessa is amazing and very knowledgable!

Ok soooo it went great! It was a little weird at first but Vanessa makes you totally comfortable! I was watching TV and texting the whole time...
So basically the tube is inserted only and inch (if that) and water is flushed into your body. You try to hold the water as long as you can, then you release. I dont wnat to get too graphic here but will be happy to answer any specific questions via FM!
For someone like me with terrible tummy issues all my life, it was fantastic! I even got on the scale before & after and lost 3 lbs just instantly! Vanessa said that each time I do it I will lose weight. I am going in a series of 3 because this system is meant to be used in that way... there are 3 parts of your intestine to clean out so Saturday is part 2 and I cant wait!!! She even emailed me a great diet afterwards and gave me some tips to help my tummy issues!

Vanessa is sooo knowledgable and made me sooo comfy! It was a great experience and I feel amazing! I highly recommend calling her!

Do you have to do anything tonight before you go tomorrow? I remember my sister went for a colonoscopy and she was s hitting her brains out the night before from the stuff she had to drink.

I do have stuff to drink tonight and tomorrow 2 hrs before I go.. but I tried it out on Saturday night and its nothing at all!

But yeah I have to work after I leave my regular job... if anyone is at the mall come say HI!!!

OH WOW thank you soooooo much for that post! I would so try it out!

I have to admit.. i giggled too... for a few reasons... 1... SHOCK.. I wasn't sure I was understanding you right! I wasn't expecting to see that someone won a colonoscopy and I thouhgt I was misreading the word.

2 ... SHOCK! haha! DOUBLE SHOCK!! Wasn't expecting someone to win that at TWOTY. Most people were posting that they won things like menus, programs, DOC, officiant...etc. then there was the colon thing and I was like

hahahahah!

A colonoscopy they insert a camera into your bung hole and tape it. I think it's to see what's wrong if you are having problems.

A colonic... well they pretty much pump your excess poop out. Some people walk around with liek 15 lbs of poop stuck in them. I think I heard some insane number that Elvis had in him!

Sorry to be graphic.. I tried to say it in more of a kiddie sense so it wasn't too gross sounding!
