a jar of jewelry cleaner

or a mix of 1 part windex and 2 parts water heated for 30 seconds, then let your ring soak for a few minutes. The ammonia is the best cleaner!

I have always done this also. I forget who had told me about it but I tried it and it worked great!!!! Never had a problem with it being abrasive.

Re: cleaning e-ring

Put a piece of tin foil at the bottom of a coffee cup add boiling water, salt and dishwashing soap (not dishwasher soap). Drop your rings in and they will be sparkling

Drop it in windex or use a toothbrush and toothpaste or jewelry cleaner or hot water and dish soap...any of them work

This stuff is awesome! Or, just let your ring sit in a mixture of regular soap dish (preferably not a citrus one) and hot water for a while - you can even leave it over night.

This is going to sound totally nuts, but I bought this contraption:

It actually really works!
