Cleaning Wood Furniture - Great Tip

My mom gave me a great tip to clean all wood furniture.
It's amazing! It makes your wood furniture shiny and it's safe. Also, it prevents wax build up.

Ingred.:
1 cup White vinegar
2 cups of water

Take a rag (small to average size) dip it into the mixture, and squeeze out until it is damp.
Rub it (softly) onto the furniture.
Then Take a dry rag and go over the furniture you just cleaned.
Complete one piece of furniture at a time.
Repeat again for other pieces.
Do this every other week (don't forget to dust regularly).

I thought that you are not supposed to use water on wood?

I thought that as well. However, the rag is squeezed out really good and when you clean one piece of furniture, you go right over it with a dry rag. I tried it already (the other night) and so far so good.
