Re: Cleaning your E-ring
I put mine in a small bowl with warm water and a little Windex and let it soak overnight. In the morning, I use a baby toothbrush to clean it. I usually do it once a week and it works really well.

I have a jewelry cleaner, you just drop it in for a few seconds, scrub with a brush, and rinse. Its in a red jar, Connosieurs (sp?)
I got it from my jeweler but I've seen it at walmart! about $4.00 , quick and works great!

Dish soap and water and scrub with a soft tootbrush. All you ladies using toothpaste, it's not really advisable to do this as toothpaste has abrasives in it that will scratch the metal part of your ring, dirt will then collect in these scratches. Windex is ok too but not good if your ring is white gold as the ammonia can cause it to get yellow.

I soak mine in a little plain club soda. The bubbles get the grit out and it comes out shiny with a lot of sparkle.

Re: Cleaning your E-ring
until i finally buy the cleaning stuff from the jewelry store, I've been using Windex and it works great! Really makes it shine.
What you do is heat a small amount of windex in a cup for about a minute or two (needs to be HOT) and then i drop the ring in there and let it sit for a while. Works like a charm
