clergy

Hi all,

This is my first time posting here. I've learned alot about planning weddings from all of you. I'm getting married the end of May.

Everything is running very smoothly except for the Clergy. I haven't seen this addressed here yet unless I missed it someplace.

I'm Jewish and my fiancee is Protestant. We need to find a Rabbi and a Minister (at a good price) that will work together for our 1/2 hour ceremony. I can't believe what a hard time we're having. If anyone has any info regarding this, please post here asap. The way I'm feeling right now is that a Justice of the Peace might be the way to go even though we want a little religion in the ceremony. We contacted a Navy Chaplain too named Capt Arnold (actually, he is part of an organization named Capt Arnold that deals with interfaith weddings. We're not sure if he's really who he says he is (long story. Not going into it here) but if anyone has had any dealings with him, this info would help too. But, we're really interested in a Rabbi and Minister.
