or any makeup counter-can you just walk in and ask for a makeover? How does it work? I want to see if I like what they do-b/c if I do, I would def book for my wedding! HELP!

I called to make an appointment for a trial. It is free.
we went there to ask about doing my make up for my engagment party. when we went they said that they could not give us a make over then, so we made an appointment to go in and they did a good job. sometimes they have showcases where they book people all day and they do the makeover for free.
I think it depends on how busy they are that day..everytime ive ever had aa makeover in Dept store..its just depends on teh day and how many people are working the counter..for example if you want to go on a saturday and they only have a few people working..you may need an appt..but if you just walked in on a monday and it was slow..they would probably give you the makeover right away.
