CHILEAN SEA BASS OREGANATA Chilean Sea Bass broiled in White Wine, Garlic, Butter and Oil topped with Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Carving station I think we're going with the turkey and corned beef... chafing station... I am drawing a blank... There are like 8 right? And entrees we are going with the Chicken Franchaise, Chateau Briand, Stuffed Veal and Stuffed Shrimp.
