I want to block off hotel rooms for the night of the wedding. Any hotel suggestions? I have been trying to figure out which hotels are closest and have been having a hard time!

Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma offers free shuttle service drop off and pick up if you book a certain amount of rooms...you might want to check it out!
I know its not too close, but if its for OOT guests, at least they get a free ride!

There's a holiday inn express in Hauppage that has the same free shuttle service to CLM...you have to reserve a room block of 10 roomsto get the shuttle....there's no fee for reserving the block. Their phone number is on the CLM website under affiliates.
One thing to be aware of with the hotel....they don't automatically increase the room block number, so periodically check with them to see how many rooms in your block are available/not booked and add more as needed.

The new Courtyard by Marriott in Farmingdale on Route 110 now has a free shuttle to CLM. HTH

I lived in Lindenhurst all my life and when my brother got married - our family stayed at the Best Western in Massapequa. Very nearby the location and very easy to give directions for...

They just opened up a new Marriot somewhere around there, call Nick he told me about the two hotels that offer free shuttles

Im getting married there too...the new Courtyard Marriott(on vender list) is the closest hotel. Just opened in may and it is very nice. Also, the Huntington Hilton (very nice) is a little further north on Rt110. Both are nice and I believe both have shuttle service set up w/CLM. I am going next week to see $ for rooms...I do know that w/ the Marriott you have to guarantee a min of 10 rooms which you are responsible to pay for if not booked by guests...didn't like that...not sure if Hilton does same.

Duh forgot to mention this hotel too- I'm using it for my wedding. Just because it was the cheapest and we have lots of OOTers...too bad we have to pay for shuttle though.

The marriot in Melville is what we blocked for our CLM wedding
It was wonderful a beautiful hotel & great people there
We got the suite for usday before & day of the wedding and the night before the wedding had a party in the room with family, friends & the bridal party!!
