I am calling now to find out what is going on with the renovations and elevator!!

How does someplace not have an elevator!?!?!

i was also told that they were getting new carpeting and that was in the winter of 2006 when we booked i hope its done by october iwas also told about the elevator it kind of makes me nervous................what did they do to the ceiling?
