I am getting married at clm in April, and everyone is always raving about their food.....However when we went to the food tasting, it was not all that great. The mozzarella was hard and chewy and our food was cold. Does anyone know if they let you do more than one tasting? I hope it was just a bad day or somehting, and that the food will be beter at our wedding.
Oh my goodness...I am sorry you didnt enjoy your tasting...I'm getting married there too. I don't think they let you do a second tasting after you book...but I would definitely call and check. Explain to them that you were not satisfied at your tasting and want to make sure everything is just as you like it. They are really accomodating! Good luck!

Hi Diana!!!! Were you there this past week? Debi and Fred and Fred's Parents were there and loved the food, except for the salmon. However, they loved the filet of sole, and everything else! Mary MOB
I was there a month or so ago. I have been so busy I have not had time to call my BM there. I will give him a call, and see what he says. Otherwise, I am happy with their service so far.
When I went to a tasting the food was awesome! I also went to a wedding there and the food was great! They also walked around and offered seconds. I think if you explained that you weren't happy with the food and that it was cold they would let you come to another tasting. Good luck!
