Yes, it is customary to tip the closer 50-100 dollars. Your atty. might just write it out of escrow acct or you could write a personal check to the title closer. Ask your atty.

Good Luck! I did tip but the lawyer did tell us this in advance and included it in the fees and she gave her the money..or something like that. Don't be nervous - it is wonderful and the closing is a breeze. You basically sit and wait and sign and hand over a boat load of $$$. Congrats!
