CLOSING NIGHTMARES!!!!!!

I would have to say i officially HATE my mortgage brokers.. They have been one problem after another.. They said we would close this week, and because i didnt have all my rent checks (i had to give them 12 months of rent check which i think is REDICULOUS) i am missing april and september. I had to call the bank to get Aprils statement and my landlord didnt cash decembers check until 01/14/04 (hes in FL) so i wont have that check until the january statement.. they now say it could be another week before we close..

I am ready to blow my top, and the worst is its not like i can go use someone else because we are so deep into it..

The no call backs are REALLY PISSIN ME OFF!!!! just friggin call me back, whats the problem... i am sick of their excuses.. and this is just one of the problems... i didnt want to bore you with the rest.

We had similar frustrations. You need to be totally on top of things which it seems like you are. I think that if I wasn't constantly making phone calls to the bank and our lawyer (mostly the former) our paperwork would have been put on the back burner. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Keep squeaking and things will progress soon.

My mortgage brokers are the worst people in the world!!! I truly believe they are the devil!

Thanks everyone... It is so frustrating..

They were the nicest people in the world in the begining.. then all of a sudden once we signed the papers they couldnt CARE LESS..

Jerks.. When I am done I will post their names so you know to stay FAR AWAY..

Just think that when this frustration is over, you will be a homeowner!!!! Keep looking at the positive, so you don't lose your mind.
