co-op

I've been so excited about going into contract on our co-op and really feel that it's the best financial move for us at this point... but I just talked to someone who totally made me second guess our decision and said that the market is still going to go way down and that you can never re-sell a co-op.... I just lost my excited feeling..... those of you with co-ops presently or in the past, please make me feel better!!

if you couldnt sell a coop, there wouldnt be one available for you to buy, right?

or maybe im just trying to make myself feel better. our offer for a 2bedroom co-op was just accepted today!
