Re: Co-op for sale

She says the school district is really good...I believe it is ISLIP too. I will find out what exit it is. She lives there with her husband and their daughter, for the past few years and now they are buying a house.

I live in Islip! It is 45 off of Sunrise Highway. This development is so-so, kind of old, but I love the town!

ETA: FH is a proud graduate of the school! It is very good I think, high rate going to college, lots of AP classes...

The development was built in 74 but all the apartments were gutted 14 years ago and redone. She said there is new paint and new carpeting in the co op.

On the first floor there is a hall way into a big living room into a eat in kitchen and a half bath. There is also a patio.

On the second floor there is 2 bedrooms and a full bath.

Re: Co-op for sale

She said they looked at that unit when they were first looking at the co ops. She said that hers is different because she has a full size eat in kitchen, where that co op in the picture has a Galley type Kitchen. She also has 2 floors where that co op is all on one floor.
