Co-op for Sale

We have purchased a home and are selling our co-op...we loved this place so I wanted to put it out there in case anyone was interested! Here are some details:

Location: Mineola, few blocks from LIRR, Starbucks, shopping malls

This is a 6 building co-op complex that is gated and has a 24-hour security booth at the entrance!

Elevators in building (rare in other buildings)

Unit is on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful courtyard view!

1 1/2 bedroom (one full master bedroom and one smaller room which can be used as an office/nursery)

1 full UPDATED bathroom!

UPDATED kitchen!

UPDATED electrical and plumbing!

Hardwood floor throughout (this was just done so the pictures in my album still show the rug in the living room and dining room..I will update the pics soon)

Huge windows throughout

2 built-in air conditioners

New appliances in kitchen

We put a lot of love into this place - great craftsmanships and high-end products

Asking: $250,000

I have put some pictures in my album

FM if interested

Re: Co-op for Sale

I got a few FMs asking if pets are allowed - so I thought I would update this -- unfortunately, there are no pets allowed (except for quiet ones - but that doesn't include cats or dogs but I know a few people that have cats)

Forest Green complexes allow cats - my bro lives in Islip in a co-op and has two cats. One of his neighbors has two small dogs - the Cesar's dogs (not westies, the other little white ones)...
