We have purchased a home and are selling our co-op...we loved this place so I wanted to put it out there in case anyone was interested! Here are some details:

As far an expenses go -maintenance is about $700 per month (includes a parking space and taxes) and we don't pay any utilities except for electric which is approx $20 a month (no kidding).
Taxes are included in the maintenance fee and you can get a STAR exemption from the state which gives you a refund on some of the taxes paid at the end of the year
