co op in smithtown pics added
hi everyone. just putting it out there that my husband and i are thinking about selling our co- op in the sherbrooke complex in smithtown. its a 2 bedroom with new appliances, new doors, wood floors and a back door entrance (which is the best thing to have your own entrance!!) there is a new management company that is doing wonders for the property so its really shaping up.
