Co-op News!!!

I am very happy to report that FH and I found a co-op and our offer was accepted!!!! We're so excited. I spent the whole day on the phone with mortgage companies and banks trying to find the best rate. An INSANE process, but well worth it. Hopefully we'll be into our new place by late August!

Congrats!!! IT's the best feeling in the world. It is definately worth all the stress you go through to find great deals and I know the process takes a while and can be frustrating....1month can feel like 1 year.
