co-worker

co-worker

What should I do? I went to my co-workers wedding in May and ever since her wedding she really changed. Basically I can't stand her anymore. But now I feel obligated to invite her to my wedding (especially if we are both still working at the same place). I would rather not invite her b/c we don't even talk that much anymore but I know she'll say something rude to me.

What do you think?

You've got a while until you send your invites out. A lot can happen in that time. Wait it out...maybe one of you will have another job by then.
Oh...and I found...don't EVER feel obligated to invite someone. They end up being the ones who bring down the party and bring you down.

If you don't want her there, then don't invite her.

If she does say something about not being invited you can

Tell her the truth - You have been very negative and rude to me since you got married, so I don't want you there.

Make up a lie - Too many people, I have to cut some people.

Good luck!

I agree with this. Don't feel obligated to invite her. It's your wedding, you should invite who want there.

A lot can change, I had a similar situation, I was invited to a coworker's wedding and afterwards, we had some sort of silent falling out and I didn't really talk to her anymore.

Since then, her position has been eliminated so it's a non-issue!

When she had her wedding though, she had to pick and choose and she just told us to not tell the others, say we were just going to the church when we left early, and it didn't bother anyone.

Things may change. You have some time. I'm in the same predicament with one of my BM. I'm giving it some time. She's just being a snot right now
