I am inviting a few of the women I work with and my 2 direct bosses to the wedding, I can NOT afford to invite everyone... Is it rude if I invite JUST the women & not their spouses? And then invite my 2 direct bosses with their spouses, seeing as they are my bosses? Or should it be all or nothing?!
There are 7 women that I am going to invite, and then my 2 bosses....
Annnnd I need to figure it out ASAP b/c my MOH is planning my shower & I am NOT going to invite them to 1 or the other... GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Re: CO-WORKERS & invites
Sorry, but it is unacceptable to invite the women without their spouses. If you simply can't afford it, then don't invite them at all. People will be understanding if you express that you had to limit your guest list due to budget constraints. HTH!

I think you should just ask them not to bring their spouse. When you invite work people (hopefully they all know each other and are close), they don't tend to bring their spouses anyways, since they rather enjoy the wedding with ppl they know vs 'babysitting' their spouse and making sure they are having a good time..
just my 2 cents. good luck deciding!

Thanks girls :)
I know (1) of my co workers WONT be coming, she's already said she can NOT make it.. so that's 2 less people :) 1 is single... and I guess I can handle having the other 5 possibly bring their spouses?!
UGHH decisions, decisions!

Re: CO-WORKERS & invites
if they're married or engaged, their husbands should get invited as well ... if they're just dating someone, then it's ok to not invite the boyfriend.
