Coach bus info on invite? Help.

My mom is getting a coach bus to transport our friends and family from the city who do not wish/are not able to drive (I have a lot of older guests from NYC).

How do I include this information with my invitation? The invitation and rsvp are already in process, so nothing can be added. It would have to be an additional insert that I make...? And do I tell them to include their transportation rsvp with the reply card? Help.

I would make an insert with the information that could be the transportation RSVP itself, or a tear off RSVP part if you didn't want to add 2 additional inserts.

Yes, but what is the wording I should use? I like the idea of a tear off, but it's too late to change my invite/rsvp...they're already in production.

You could do another insert yourself with a tear off. Is your RSVP a regular card or a postcard?

Word it as a cross between an accommodations card and an RSVP card. Something like this....



Transportation will be provided to and from --wedding location--

On --wedding date--,
Please arrive at --pick up location--
promptly at --time-- (tell them something earlier then you want them to actually be there)

At the conclusion of the evening (--time--?) all guests on board will be transported back to --drop off location--
