Pigs in a blanket...is anyone having this at their CH?? I've seen it on a few menus; i'm not sure if this is wedding ch food though. I LOVE Pigs in a Blanket and can eat 100 of them at a party! But I want to make sure i don't raise any eyebrows. I can always just make some at home to get my fix! LOL!

Re: Cocktail Franks in a Pastry puff
they are a wedding standard! they always go first when they get passed around! and puff pastry (really around anything) makes them fancy enough to be served.
my dad said he refused to come to my wedding unless they served them...he was serious too to some extent!

Yeah, I went to see many RH's and all but one of them included them on the CH menu. Definitely a wedding standard lol

YUMMMMMMMM. I hope wherever I book lets me have them! My friend did her CH of all bar food, piggies in blankets, wings, egg rolls, sliders and fries. It was freaking AWESOME. I say go for it!
That sounds AMAZING!!!!!

They offer them as part of our CH.. they give them some kind of fancy name. We get to choose a bunch of things we want from a list; I love pigs in a blanket but I'm not sure if we are going to select them.
Lol, I JUST looked at the De seversky menu because I remembered them calling it something else too
'FRANK EN CROUTE' - All beef frank wrapped in French Puff Pastry
I won't be picking it for one of our choices. Fh would probably like them but he's getting sliders already - I don't want it to be a hotdog and hamburgers kind of shindig!
If you want them, go for it. It's good to have a good miz of choices.
