what are your favorite/ideal passed goodies and stations?

Definitely pigs in a blanket!! Mini spinach pies... um... I really like the idea of a sushi station as well. I like the fajita station as well.

One thing I really don't want to have but probably will anyway are the carving stations... I don't know I just feel like no one ever eats from them.

I agree about the carving stations...I have never eaten at one at any wedding I have ever been to!

Pigs in a blanket are a must....and now alot of places do mini sliders too, and I think those are great.

I love the raw seafood bar...so yummy. I also love the pasta stations, and passed appetizers like pigs in a blanket, potato croquets, spinich pie...etc.

I love the ardichock(sp?), spinach and cheese puffs

I also like mini rice balls

I'm having a mashed potato/sweet potato bar! They put the potatoes in martini glass :)

ITA but my FH and Dad say that the carving stations are a must.. I guess it's a guy thing.. They love their sliced meat haha

I was thinking the same thing. I have never had anything from a carving station but I know my dad and FH has. Lol

Anything seafood. Raw tuna tartare. baby lamb chops.

My dad actually said the same thing... but my FH agrees with me so we'll see. Maybe the Inn will do some kind of trade.

rice balls, pasta stations...

i was at a wedding last summer with a potato bar OMG awesomeee... they had like 3 different types of mashed potatoes and all these different toppings and you put it in a little martini glass soo curte
