my MOH had these bacon wrapped scallops at her wedding and they were frigin delicious! So if you have that option, those!

I also like those little beef patty things or anything on a stick (chicken satay, beef, whatever). It's just easier to handle while standing up LOL

As far as stations, eggplant rollitini - it's the first thing I go for at any wedding CH (or at least look for).
