Are you hiring musicians for the cocktail hour? If so, how much are you paying? I have a band for the reception, but I haven't hired anyone for the cocktail hour.
but with our band, we could have used the keyboard player for the cocktail hour (complimentary) instead we are using him and our trumpet player for the ceremony (with a small fee for the trumpet player)!
Our steel drums we got through Franklin Wayne and at the time they were $500 for the hour - but I think they are $600 now.
Hired a pianist thru Paramount for $250 for the hour. Just an FYI - Good Luck!
I went through Encore (listed on this site)
we are getting a string trio for $750 for 2 hours (ceremony and cocktail)
