Do the catering halls usually charge to place this stuff on the table? (I don't want them out the whole time...only when dessert and coffee are served.)

WOW that is a really great idea!!
I don't think your hall should charge you to hand them out, but you might want to check. Just make sure you give specific instructions as to when you want them handed out.

The choc. dipped spoons are from Kennedy Gourmet. The prices on their website are wholesale prices...you have to double the cost if you're buying retail. (I just found this out when I called.)
