i'm feeling extremely nervous lately about getting married ... i guess it's just cold feet but i'm sooo scared about it!
marriage is a forever thing ... i barely know what i want for dinner tomorrow, let alone who i'm going to love in 50 years!
FH is the best guy for me ... he's my complete opposite so he brings out the best in me ... i definitely love him and love being with him. i'm just so scared about all of the 'what if's
am i the only cold-footed one here?

I cant say that Im experiencing that. I am so in love with FH, I cant imagine what my life would be like without him in it. Ive never been this happy, ever .. he makes everything better. I think you should remind yourself why you fell in love with FH. What makes him different than all the other people in your life that made you say you want to spend the rest of your life with him. It sounds like youre not questioning him just the whole idea of marriage ... But all the what ifs in the world isnt going to change the fact that you love this person with all your heart .. Im sure the 'cold feet' feeling is just nerves because the wedding is coming up. Dont worry, as long as you both are in love and are marrying each other for the right reasons everything will work out ...

This is really perceptive of you - it's exactly how i feel ... i am scared to death of marriage, but not of being FH (I do love him more than anything and anyone and wouldn't want to be apart from him) ... i don't think i realized that until just now

Of course! Im happy to help!! I have always had some trepidation about marriage too. Ive been witness to so many failed marriages (my mother is on her third!!!) but I think if you are confident in your partner the reward is definitely worth the risk .. Keep in touch if you ever want to talk more :)

These feelings are very normal!! Its good to be a bit apprehensive, I think all of us brides feel this way in some form or another..theres that tiny seed of doubt in the back of our heads of 'what if?? what if?'' but in the end - its good to be cautious and just feel those emotions because it just cements how much you care about each other.
I think its worse to have those feelings AFTER the wedding than before...you can always talk wtih FH what makes you nervous and my FH felt the same way and we talked things out..it really reinforced why we are getting married...
