Ok, I am obsessed with abreva. I don't have one yet but I am soooooo scared that I will get one in the next week!!!

if you want extra insurance, buy a bottle of the vitamin supplement LYSINE... take 1 or 2 every day before your wedding... it helps prevent cold sores (you can buy anywhere they sell supplements - i got mine at waldbaums)
and if you ever get one or think you see one coming, take like 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM and it goes away QUICK (that's more than it says to take on the bottle, but it works for me...)

Oh wow, thank you for that tip! I am paranoid about getting one, too! I never ever kiss FH when I have one, but how do you avoid that on our wedding day?!?!

Dont stress or you will get one. My sister lives by Oil of Oregano and Lysine tablets. Sometimes the natural route is much better. You should pick those things up and start using them now to prevent them.

Is this Lysine one of those pills that tastes horrible, or is it a capsule/caplet so you can't taste anything? I know some vitamins out there taste SO bad you can't even get them down!

it really isn't that bad tasting...if you put it in ur mouth and chase it w/ water...it will be okay...
